 I always drank tea growing up, since I was very small and the tea was mostly warm milk with sugar. We were a tea-drinking family. I drink tea pretty much all day long EXCEPT 
 -- I make coffee if I am on my way to work as it has more caffeine, and I like to be awake to drive
-- I often purchase coffee when away from home, as most places make terrible tea (Yes, I am in the US. I was thrilled when in the UK and Ireland to find that you could actually purchase a good cup of tea as a regular thing.) However, green tea in Japanese restaurants is good. I am also partial to the black tea in Chinese restaurants. And yes sometimes I make tea and pour it in a thermos to bring, usually in winter.
-- I drink all kinds of tea but am lately on a box of Barry's teabags.
-- Sometimes buy loose tea from Adagio.com -- I generally like their blends. 
-- Excited that it is almost iced tea season.

Working in restaurants is how I got into drinking tea, so I'm pretty much accustomed to what I've come to realize is pretty shitty tea most of the time. My favorite restaurant tea though is served at this hole-in-the-wall Persian place, and it's quite possibly one of the best things I ever drank.

I love iced tea. (: I live in the south so it's pretty much a constant every spring/summer.
